RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Auzzy Canada. We feel confident that we offer products and accessories that are of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or have questions, please contact us prior to returning your Koala cape, Kinzee or bib; we can often offer a solution that will help. If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below and we will refund eligible purchases. Please contact auzzycanada@shaw.ca if you need to return a product or have questions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Returns to our online distribution center must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the original purchase date.
• Original invoice must accompany returned merchandise in order for refund to be processed..
• Online refunds will be made to the credit card, Interac, or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
• Merchandise purchased online from all categories and price points may be returned or exchanged. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.
• Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.

Mail the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the merchandise you wish to return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Items purchased directly from Auzzy Canada are returnable within a 45 day period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Auzzy Canada prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by Auzzy Canada clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused.

Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Auzzy Canada is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received at Auzzy Canada, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Auzzy Canada to refund your credit card upon receipt.

Order Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to the warehouse and in processing it cannot be canceled.
